Salim Dabdub

Salim founded Carpet Uno in 2018 with a clear mission: bring luxury-level flooring craftsmanship to Marietta homeowners who were tired of settling for mediocre results. With over 15 years in the flooring industry and a certified flooring installer credential, Salim has personally overseen more than 1,200 installations across Metro Atlanta.

Before launching Carpet Uno, Salim spent years working alongside a business partner whose standards didn't match his own. He watched projects go out the door that he wasn't proud of — corners cut, details overlooked, clients underserved. He knew he could do better. So he did.

Today, Salim leads a team of 20+ professionals and remains hands-on in every aspect of the business — from material sourcing to quality control to client relationships. His philosophy is simple:
