How much does flooring cost?

It depends on the material and size of your project. General ranges:

• LVP: $8–$14/sq ft installed

• Engineered Hardwood: $10–$18/sq ft installed

• Solid Hardwood: $12–$20/sq ft installed

• Carpet: $6–$15/sq ft installed

• Tile: $10–$20/sq ft installed

• Floor Removal: $2–$5/sq ft

Do you offer free estimates?

Yes. Your in-home consultation is free (worth $500). We come to you, measure, bring samples, and give you a full proposal within 48 hours. No obligation.

Do you offer financing?

Yes. We work with Synchrony and GreenSky. Flexible plans for qualified buyers. We'll walk you through your options during the consultation.

Why are you more expensive than a big-box store?

Big-box stores use cheaper materials and subcontracted labor. We use premium materials, our own trained team, and we guarantee everything for life. Our 1,200+ clients consistently say it's worth it.

MATERIALS

Hardwood vs LVP — which should I pick?

Choose hardwood if you want the real thing and have low-moisture spaces. Choose LVP if you need waterproof floors or have kids and pets. We'll help you decide during your free consultation.

Can I see samples before deciding?

Yes — two ways: visit our showroom at 1093 Cobb Pkwy SE (Mon–Sat 8am–6pm), or we bring samples to your home. Both are free.

Can I supply my own materials?

Usually we prefer to source them — this protects the quality and warranty. If you've already bought something, reach out and we'll discuss whether we can install it.

INSTALLATION

How long does it take?

Single room: 1 day. Multiple rooms: 2–3 days. Whole home: 3–5 days. We give you exact dates in your proposal.

Do I need to move my furniture?

No. We move it for you. Just remove small fragile items before we arrive.

Will it be messy?

We use dust containment, drop cloths, and shoe covers. We clean up every day. Most clients barely notice we're there.

Do you use subcontractors?

Never. Every single installation is done by our own trained, certified, insured team. This is non-negotiable for us.

What happens to my old flooring?

We tear it out, bag it, and haul it away. It's included in your quote as its own line item.

WARRANTIES

What warranties do you offer?

Two layers:

Manufacturer warranty — covers material defects (typically 15 years to lifetime)

Carpet Uno Lifetime Craftsmanship Warranty — if our installation fails, we fix it free. No time limit. No fine print.

What does the lifetime warranty actually cover?

Any failure caused by how we installed it — planks shifting, seams failing, tiles cracking from our work, etc. Normal wear and tear, water damage from flooding, or pet damage is not covered (that's the manufacturer's warranty).

How far in advance should I book?

2–4 weeks before your ideal start date is ideal. Need it faster? Ask us — we'll do our best.

How do I take care of my new floors?

We give you a printed care guide after every installation — specific to your flooring type. The short version: sweep regularly, wipe spills, use felt pads under furniture, and avoid harsh chemicals.
